These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the medical aesthetic services provided at our clinic located at Rio Amarillo 272-2do Piso, Fluvial Vallarta. 48312, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Medical Disclaimer & Results

  • Consultation Required: The information provided on this website is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. A formal medical consultation with Dr. Darío Chavoya or our licensed medical staff is required before any treatment.
  • Variable Results: Medicine is not an exact science. While we use premium FDA and COFEPRIS-approved products and advanced techniques, aesthetic results vary from patient to patient. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
  • Right to Refuse Treatment: Our medical professionals reserve the right to refuse treatment to any individual if they deem the procedure unsafe, medically inappropriate, or if the patient’s expectations are unrealistic.

3. Appointments, Cancellations, and Late Arrivals To ensure the highest level of service for all our patients, we enforce the following policies:

  • Booking: A credit card or a booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
  • Late Arrivals: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time. If you arrive significantly late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other patients.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
  • No Refunds on Services: Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic procedures, treatments that have been administered are strictly non-refundable.
  • Product Returns: Unopened skincare products purchased at the clinic may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, subject to inspection.

5. Patient Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to receive injectable treatments (such as Neuromodulators and Dermal Fillers) and most other aesthetic procedures at Redna Aesthetics. Valid government-issued identification may be requested.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Jalisco and the federal laws of Mexico. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
